It pulls the parties, premises and square footage, commencement and expiration, base rent schedule, escalations, security deposit, operating expense and CAM terms, renewal and termination options, use and assignment clauses, and every notice deadline. It also works out the key dates you cannot miss, like the last day to exercise a renewal option, and flags terms it could not find so nothing is silently left blank. You bring: the lease and a document template from your account for the abstract.
