Sorts incoming NDAs so legal only reads the ones that need a lawyer. It identifies whether the NDA is mutual or one-way and who is disclosing, then pulls the term, how long confidentiality survives, governing law and venue, non-solicit and non-compete clauses, residuals, and return or destruction obligations. Each term is compared with the standard positions you enter when you run it. NDAs that match come back ready to sign. Deviations go to your review queue with the clause and why it differs.
