What it does
Confirms a proof of delivery is complete and pulls out anything you might need for a claim. It checks each delivery receipt for a signature, delivery date and time, and recipient name, and captures the order and tracking references and the pieces delivered against pieces expected. Damage, shortage, refused, or "subject to inspection" notes are pulled out as claim items with the wording the driver or recipient wrote. Receipts missing a signature, date, or name are flagged.
