W-9 vendor intake

$15one time, paid to the creator

about $0.60per run, 6 credits

Ways to use it

  • Run it in your organization as a hosted app. Upload documents, watch the run, and download the results.
  • Call it from your own systems with an API key. Documents go in, and the results come back as JSON.

What it does

Reads IRS Form W-9 and returns the vendor details your AP team keys in by hand today. You get the legal name, business name, federal tax classification, exemption codes, address, TIN type, and signature date. The TIN itself comes back masked to the last four digits. It flags a missing or undated signature, a signature date in the future, a tax ID in the wrong format, more than one tax classification checked, an LLC with no tax classification letter, and a name that does not match the vendor record you enter. Format checks only. It does not verify the tax ID with the IRS.

What you need

  • Your own documents to run it on
  • About 6 DocuBots credits for each run. New accounts start with 100 free.

After you buy

It installs as a hosted app in your organization. You upload documents, watch the run, and download results from the same place. Your documents, runs, and results stay in your organization. The creator does not see them.

You can also call it from your own systems. Create an API key in DocuBots, send documents from your portal, ERP, or case system, and get the results and files back as JSON. See how the API works.

You run it, but you cannot open or copy the workflow behind it. The creator keeps that private and keeps it working.
